Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on HealthLynx, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Platform Description

HealthLynx is a software platform that facilitates connections between independent fitness trainers and their clients. HealthLynx does not employ trainers, does not provide fitness advice, and is not responsible for the quality of coaching services delivered through the platform.

3. User Accounts

  • You must be 18 years or older to create an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • You may not share your account credentials
  • You must provide accurate registration information

4. Trainer Responsibilities

Trainers using HealthLynx agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about their qualifications and experience
  • Respond to client check-ins within 48 hours
  • Not provide medical diagnoses or prescriptions
  • Comply with all applicable laws regarding fitness coaching in their jurisdiction
  • Obtain appropriate professional certifications as required by local law

5. Health Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: HealthLynx is NOT a medical service. Content on this platform does not constitute medical advice. Always consult a qualified medical professional before starting any fitness program, especially if you have pre-existing health conditions.

6. Payments & Subscriptions

  • Subscriptions are charged at the rate set by the individual trainer
  • HealthLynx collects a platform commission on all transactions
  • Payments are processed securely by Tap Payments
  • Subscription periods are set by the trainer (monthly, quarterly, or yearly)
  • Refund eligibility is subject to our Refund Policy

7. Content & Media

By uploading content (photos, videos, plans) to HealthLynx, you grant us a license to store and display that content solely for the purpose of delivering the platform service. You retain ownership of your content. We do not use your content for marketing without explicit consent.

8. Termination

HealthLynx reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Users may delete their accounts at any time. Upon deletion, data is removed within 30 days.

9. Limitation of Liability

HealthLynx is provided "as is." We are not liable for injuries, health outcomes, or financial losses resulting from use of the platform or coaching services delivered through it.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Kuwait. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Kuwait City.
